Beyond Riviera provides an editorial service (destination guides) and a travel concierge service: a selection of villas, yachts and experiences operated by third-party partners on the Albanian Riviera and Corfu, and introductions to those partners.
No figure displayed on the Site constitutes a firm offer. Every enquiry results in an individual quote stating the operator, the total price, the included services and the applicable cancellation terms. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance of the quote and under the relevant partner's terms.
Beyond Riviera acts as an intermediary and coordinator. Services (accommodation, sailing, dining, transfers) are performed by third-party operators, who remain solely responsible for their execution. Beyond Riviera commits to the quality of the selection and of the coordination.
Cancellation and refund terms are those of the operating partner, communicated in the quote before any confirmation.
Travellers remain responsible for their travel documents (passport, Albania-Greece border formalities) and their travel insurance. Partner operators hold their own professional licences and insurance.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts after an attempt at amicable resolution via contact@beyondriviera.com.
