When you send an enquiry through our forms (concierge, contact), we collect: first name, last name, email, phone with country code, request type, destination, preferred dates, number of guests and your message. This data is required to answer your enquiry.
The Site also measures its audience in aggregate (page views, WhatsApp clicks) via Google Analytics when enabled.
Your data is used exclusively to handle your stay enquiry and follow up on the relationship. It is stored securely (Supabase, European Union) and is never sold. It may be shared with an operating partner only to the extent required to prepare your quote.
Enquiries are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then at most three years after the last contact.
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection over your data. Write to contact@beyondriviera.com — reply within 30 days.
