Enquire with our conciergeKsamil's turquoise water and white islets have made it the poster image of the Albanian riviera. Villa Thalassa sits just above the crowds: a clean-lined contemporary house whose pool terrace frames the islets, with the village beaches a short walk downhill and Butrint's UNESCO ruins ten minutes away.
The architecture is modern Albanian coast at its best — pale stone, deep shade, and glazing oriented entirely toward the water. Four en-suite bedrooms occupy the two lower floors; the rooftop belongs to sunset, with an outdoor lounge and dining area facing Corfu across the channel.
Interiors are cool and uncluttered, designed for barefoot summers. A private chef, in-villa massages and daily provisioning can all be arranged through our concierge.
The trick to Ksamil is timing and access — and that is where a villa beats any hotel. Swim off the islets at nine in the morning, retreat to the pool at midday, and take our private boat to a quiet cove on the Butrint side in the afternoon.
Corfu is visible from the terrace, and reachable: the Saranda ferry port is fifteen minutes north, and our corridor yacht day turns the strait into your playground.
