Four en-suite bedrooms and a generous open-plan living floor keep the layout simple and social. The heated pool sits in a clearing among the pines, and an outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired oven turns evenings into an event of their own.
This is a house built for families and small groups who measure luxury in ease: bare feet, a beach path, and a taverna at the end of the bay for the nights nobody wants to cook.
Avlaki remains one of the last understated bays of the northeast coast — two tavernas, a sailing club, and clear water over white pebbles. Kassiopi's harbour and restaurants are minutes away; Kalami and Agni's waterfront tables a short drive south.
Our concierge can arrange a private RIB or day yacht from Kassiopi harbour, opening up the strait: a swim off the Ksamil islets, lunch in Saranda, back for sunset on the pool terrace.
Villas, yachts, tables and crossings between Albania and Corfu — one point of contact, same-day reply.
