Five en-suite bedrooms are arranged over two levels, each opening onto its own stretch of terrace. The main living space runs the full width of the house, with floor-to-ceiling glazing that folds away to merge the interior with the pool deck. Mature olive groves frame the property on both sides, giving complete privacy without sacrificing the view.
Outside, a shaded pergola seats twelve for long lunches, and the pool terrace catches the evening light as the sun drops behind the Corfiot ridge. The atmosphere is quietly polished rather than showy — very much the register of the northeast coast.
Kassiopi village is five minutes downhill: a working harbour, a Venetian castle, and a handful of waterfront tavernas that have fed the same families for generations. The coves of Avlaki, Kalami and Agni are a short drive or an even shorter boat ride away.
From the pool you watch the ferries and day yachts cross the strait to Saranda — and with our concierge, that crossing becomes part of your week. Villa Kalithea is a natural base for exploring both shores of the new Ionian riviera.
